Angel Reese ‘Humbles’ Doubters Flaunting Top Form After Struggles in the Season

Angel Reese sure knows how to shut down her doubters. The All-American forward made a powerful statement after collecting the SEC Player of the Year, First Team All-SEC, and All-Defensive Team honors recently.

Following this, she has been very vocal about the fact that despite the criticism, she knows how to take down any challenge.

The 21-year-old displayed another such example of her blunt reflection to her haters on social media.

There is no doubt that Angel Reese is an impact part of the LSU locker room.

Regarding the same, the official page of ‘Women’s Hoops Masterclass’ shared a video of Angel Reese showcasing her talent with basketball.

Soon after, the dynamic power forward wasted no time in sharing the post in one of her stories. In addition to this, she also captioned it with a self-motivating message.

Reese wrote, “Did everything they said I couldn’t. Stay Down 10.”

Moreover, the post also heaped praises for Reese along with her 2023-24 regular season highlights.

It said, “The most polarizing player in arguably all of basketball, Angel Reese blocked out the noise surrounding her status, stayed down, and let her game do the talking.

The results speak for themselves as the Bayou Barbie was named SEC player of the year at the close of conference play.” 

Facing their fair share of hurdles, it is turning out to be a productive campaign for Angel Reese and the Tigers.

Reese managed to headline the conference.

At the same time, LSU overall had quite an impressive regular season as well.

They took part in a total of 16 games and managed to get the desired results in 13 of them. Only Auburn, South Carolina and Mississippi were able to get the better of Kim Mulkey and her crew.

While the Lady Tigers were able to settle the scores with Auburn, they will be looking to avenge their home defeat against the Gamecocks if they get a chance.

Meanwhile, they were successful in finishing second in the SEC.

Angel Reese has proven time and again that she can deliver whenever the situation demands. Her recent accomplishments just add further value to the kind of talent and skill this young star possesses. The LSU fans will be hoping to see more such occasions in the upcoming March Madness.
