“I’m just excited to see everyone’s outfits. Everyone looks amazing in here. Being here on my 22nd birthday is amazing,” Reese told WWD while leaving The Mark Hotel ahead of the event.

Reese’s dress featured a plunging neckline with sequins throughout the top and a feathered miniskirt with a sheer layer underneath. “I feel beautiful and I feel sexy,” she said.

Reese has gained fans’ attention for her style outside the court. On the WNBA Draft red carpet, she wore a sparkling hooded dress from Bronx and Banco with heels by Christian Louboutin. The player usually works with stylist Naomi Elizée for her looks.

The athlete wasn’t the only guest making a debut at this year’s Met Gala. Lauren Sanchez, fiancée of Jeff Bezos, was invited to the event for the first time. She wore a gown by Oscar de la Renta.
