Angel Reese is undecided about coming back to LSU for her final year of eligibility next year — if her comments on social media are any indication.
“Should I stay, should I go? I don’t know,” the college basketball star, 21, wrote on X on Saturday, in a response to an LSU post regarding her upcoming senior day.
As the standout athlete mulls her decision, she recently told Women’s Health magazine in a cover story interview that her goal is to be taken in the top five in the WNBA draft.
But if Reese stays in school, she stands to capitalize on her growing success in the NIL arena.

One of the top-earning college athletes with an estimated $1.7 million in endorsement deals for brands like Coach, McDonald’s and Amazon, the Maryland native would seemingly take a pay cut as a WNBA player.
The current max salary in the league is around $240,000, earned by the Dallas Wings’ Arike Ogunbowale.
With her status at the SEC school next season up in the air, Reese has been making headlines for her recent play.
On Monday, she was named the Naismith National Player of the Week for last week’s three games in which she had at least 15 rebounds in each outing.
In her Women’s Health interview, Reese reflected on how her game has been affected by another college basketball star, Caitlin Clark.

“I love that we’re able to compete and still be cool after, regardless of the outside noise,” she said.
Reese added, “People even say Magic [Johnson] and Larry Bird, that era [of basketball] and how it was. If that’s who we are, then okay, cool. … I think we’re both happy about what’s going on.”
Should she choose to leave LSU, Saturday’s senior day game, in which No. 9 LSU faces Kentucky, would be Reese’s final game at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge.
