Sharon Osbourne has shared an unseen 42-year-old wedding photo with Ozzy with a sweet seven-word message.

The mum-of-three took to her Instagram to mark the couple’s wedding anniversary by posting the sweet snap. Alongside the photo Sharon wrote: “My Darling Ozzy Happy 42nd Anniversary You are the love of my life.”

The photo showed Ozzy and Sharon on their wedding day as they exchanged rings. Friends and fans took to the comments to share their sweet messages.

One wrote: “You two love birds! Rock on for another 42,” while a second added: “Happy anniversary to you! Favorite couple in the world.”

“Happy Anniversary to the most inspirational couple around, they stuck together thru thick & thin side by side and nvr stop believing in each other,” a third commented.

The post comes as it was revealed Sharon and Ozzy are reportedly worried about returning to the UK as they believe their mansion is haunted. The 71-year-old and 75-year-old currently live in Los Angeles but were meant to return to the UK last year.

They have been working on a 10-part reality series, called Home to Roost, about the pair leaving the US to start a new life back in England. Despite the show being announced two years ago, Ozzy has still not made the move to Buckinghamshire.

Sharon previously said how she has been trying to persuade him to leave. Their son Jack shared a possible reason they’ve delayed their return and claimed the Buckinghamshire mansion is haunted.

He dug into the history of the Grade II-listed building and discovered it used to be a psychiatric hospital. Jack said the mansion is ‘f***ing haunted as s**t’ and hates being in the house.

Jack explained: “My friend James would house-sit for us. A few years ago he was house-sitting and his baby had woken up in the night and he and his wife went in to take care of their baby and heard a woman singing in the house.”

The family also heard footsteps in Sharon and Ozzy’s bedroom and firstly thought somebody had broken in. Speaking to The Sun, he added: “That was clear as day and it wasn’t a dog – it was footsteps coming down the hallway towards us.”

At the end of June, Sharon appeared on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast and explained the difficulties of getting Ozzy to leave LA. She said: “I wanted to reverse it; to spend more time in England and come here (to LA) and visit, like on birthdays, holidays and stuff like that. And I have been trying to get Ozzy to get out of the house and come to England. I am still trying.”

When podcast host asked Sharon whether her husband didn’t want to leave the house, she replied: “He does, yeah. But not a lot. Not a lot. He is having a little bit of a tough time. Getting old and not being well sucks.”
