The Kansas City Chiefs tight end made a surprise appearance at Wembley Stadium in London during his girlfriend’s ‘Eras Tour’ in a skit where he carried her to a couch

Travis Kelce hilariously confessed he was chanting “don’t drop the baby” to himself as he nervously carried his superstar girlfriend Taylor Swift on stage during her ‘Eras Tour’ gig at Wembley Stadium.

The 34-year-old NFL ace made a dashing surprise appearance, donning a tuxedo for a comedic sketch that had Taylor, also 34, feigning a faint before being swept off to a couch by her beau.

Speaking on his ‘New Heights’ podcast, Travis shared his inner monologue: “The one thing I told myself is, ‘Do not drop the baby. Do not drop Taylor on your way over this damn couch’.”

He stressed the importance of the moment, saying, “The golden rule was do not drop Taylor, get her to the couch safely.”

The sports star, who co-hosts the podcast with his brother Jason, aged 36, revealed the cameo came about after he joked about making an entrance on a motorcycle.

He recounted the conversation with Taylor: “I initially mentioned it to Tay. I was like, ‘How funny would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes during the 1989 era?'” To his surprise, Taylor warmed up to the idea, asking him, “Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?”

Travis expressed his enthusiasm: “I was just like, ‘What? I would love to do that, are you kidding me? ‘ I’ve seen the show enough might as well put me to work here.”

And Taylor did just that, finding the perfect moment for him to join in. Travis also hinted to his podcast listeners that they might see him on stage again soon.

He expressed: “Shout out to Tay for letting me jump on stage with her. Who knows? Might not be the last time.”

“You guys will have to keep showing up to the ‘Eras Tour’ to see if I pop out of the stage or whatnot.”
