While their current living arrangements aren’t confirmed, Ruth and Eamonn share a £3.2million glamorous six-bed home in the town of Weybridge.

Over the years, the couple have often shared glimpses into their family home on social media.

With a sprawling garden, luxe lounge area and dining room fit for guests – the property will be the major thing up for grabs in the divorce.

Often being featured on Ruth’s Instagram, the home’s dining room is certainly the star of the show for the presenter.

Featuring a long oval table to sit nine people, with cream and black padded seats, the room boasts a large white tiled floor.

The Loose Women panellist has previously revealed on social media that it’s family tradition for her to decorate the table for each milestone.

Elsewhere, perfect for the warmer months, Ruth and Eamonn have plenty of space in their well maintained garden.

Close pal of the ex-couple Rylan Clark previously took to Instagram to show himself trying out Eamonn’s purpose-fit stair lift.

The home has a gorgeous spiral staircase with wooden panel flooring, a glossy bannister and ground spotlights on each step.

Fit for Eamonn amid his crippling health woes, the stairlift helps to aid the broadcaster as he battles with chronic back pain.

While it’s unclear what will happen to the stunning property, no longer in contention will be Eamonn’s previous home in Belfast.

The TV icon was recently forced to sell his beloved Belfast home to cover a massive £250,000 tax bill.

In an emotional interview with The Irish Times, Eamonn described the experience as ‘the most stressful outside of losing my father’.

He said: ‘I had a house here [Belfast] until six weeks ago when I was forced to sell it by the Inland Revenue [HMRC].

‘It’s something I’m very bitter about because people think you earn lots of money and therefore you have to pay. It’s like they have taken away everything I ever worked for.’

Beloved pet:

The former couple have reportedly been holding heartbreaking talks over who will get custody of their beloved dog following their split.

Ruth, 64, shared a video of herself walking Collie cross Maggie on Sunday in her first social media post since news of their break-up emerged, with the pet said to be like a ‘second child’ to her and her estranged husband.

The 14-year-old pooch, who was adopted by the former couple in 2011, was a regular feature on Eamonn’s Instagram page when he and Ruth were together.

Former couple Eamonn and Ruth are said to have been living ‘separate lives’ for up to two years and are now having ‘difficult conversations’ over who will keep Maggie, and are said to be trying to avoid bringing in lawyers over the situation like Ant McPartlin and his ex Lisa Armstrong.

A source told The Sun: ‘Maggie is like a daughter to them. They dote on her. But she’s getting on and they know she needs stability.

‘It’s a case of who can give her that. Eamonn adores her and Maggie’s been such a support during his health woes. The thought of giving her up is heartbreaking to him.

‘But if Ruth is able to get out and about and walk her more, then it may well be that she gets Maggie in the split.

‘They are adamant this won’t come to what Ant and Lisa went through and they won’t be getting lawyers involved.’

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Eamonn and Ruth for comment.

Family firm:

Together the pair – who have a joint net worth of around £5million – run family firm Holmes & Away.

It was set up in 2009 as a radio broadcasting business. It held £18,657 for the couple in April 2023, according to Companies House numbers seen by The Sun.

Ruth reportedly raked in an impressive £2.3 million last year from her media work, making her one of the highest-paid TV presenters in the business.

In February this year Ruth’s earnings were reported in new accounts for private firm Hey Ho.

The firm was set up in 2013. Figures for the year ended 31 May 2023, reporting £2,294,096 in pay to her.

In addition to Hey Ho, Ruth also runs Feeling Fabulous, which was set up in 2022.

Eamonn also boasts an impressive salary. It has been reported that he held £306,748 in his private firm Red White & Green, as of April 2023.

On Monday Eamonn used his presenting slot on GB News’s breakfast programme to break his silence over his divorce from wife Ruth – and appeared with his wedding ring still on his finger.

Accompanied by co-host Isabel Webster, who smiled and nodded supportively as he spoke, the TV veteran thanked viewers for the ‘support’ they had shown him since the weekend.

He said: ‘Just before we move on we’d just like to thank people for your support for Ruth and I over the last few days as to the news of our separation.

‘Your support for both of us is very much appreciated.’

He gave the statement in his first appearance since news of the split broke at the weekend – with his wedding band in full view on his left ring finger.

The stalwart presenter had been expected to make a statement on his separation from Ruth on Monday’s GB News.

They were once the most popular husband and wife presenting duo since the original hosts of ITV’s This Morning, Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan.

The pair, who met back in 1997 while both working in television, shared a sofa on This Morning for 15 years, hosting the Friday show, before being axed in 2021.

But it appears that mixing work and marriage may have been the reason behind their separation, which they announced over the weekend.

In an interview newly unearthed by the Mail, Holmes, speaking at an event last November, revealed that Langsford ‘couldn’t separate’ her private and professional lives. He also warned against marrying a colleague — a particularly pointed remark considering their long working relationship.

At the launch of networking company Global Man at The Savoy hotel in London six months ago, Holmes said: ‘Here is Ruth’s problem: she cannot separate professional life from private life. Ruth is the boss of both.

‘She’s marvelous you know, I love her, I live with her. She’s amazing — but …

‘Find your partner at work! Have a romance. Do all the dirty things you are doing but stay apart.’

And over the weekend, a friend of Holmes said: ‘This could all get very, very tricky. You’re dealing with Eamonn, who didn’t really want to end things, and Ruth, who did. At the very heart of that is a disagreement.

‘How they manage to split their millions remains to be seen, but when it comes to money things are never easy. They’ve been together for a long time, but Eamonn was undeniably more famous when they got together.’
